Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications using federal systems
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping Support veteran outreach initiatives and public service events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program implementation
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Assist with data entry and report generation
