Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran records in compliance with federal regulations
- Manage incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and meetings
- Prepare routine correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Office
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement procedures
- Support veteran outreach initiatives and community events
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- Ability to pass background investigation
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
