Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to federal staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in federal databases and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and drafting reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for department leadership.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and couriers with strict confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible for U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to pass a mandatory federal background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
