Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage electronic records using VA-approved systems (VBA, VBMS)
- Provide in-person customer service to 50+ veterans daily
- Coordinate with federal agencies for benefit verification
- Generate daily performance reports using Excel and SharePoint
- Maintain strict HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (security clearance eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mandatory)
- Ability to pass federal background check
- VA system familiarity preferred (training provided)
- Valid Kansas driver's license
- Ability to lift 15 lbs for document handling
