Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Manage electronic filing systems and maintain confidential records
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and meetings
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and their families via phone/email
- Assist with data entry into federal databases and reporting systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support veteran care coordination
- Prepare correspondence and official communications
- Adhere to strict federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational aptitude
- Basic knowledge of veteran services systems (desired)
