Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including budget oversight, procurement, and facility management
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects and ensure compliance with federal regulations

- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- GS-9 level status (or equivalent) within federal service
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX, SAP)
- Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
