Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and review high-level correspondence, reports, and briefing materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to federal protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and budget allocations to maintain efficient workflow.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate inter-agency communications and project milestones.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports and documentation on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in federal or government administrative support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal background clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of federal regulations, procurement processes, and record-keeping standards.
