Responsibilities
- Manage administrative workflows and ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Coordinate veteran benefit applications and documentation processing
- Prepare official correspondence and reports using GSA templates
- Oversee procurement processes and contract administration
- Maintain secure electronic and physical records systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency with GSA Advantage and SAM.gov systems
- Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced knowledge of VA policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
