Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit documentation and case files with precision
- Process administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners on veteran services
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and privacy standards
- Support facility operations through inventory management and supply coordination
- Assist with public inquiries and veteran outreach initiatives
- Generate weekly reports using federal systems (training provided)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if travel needed)
