Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain veteran records databases with 100% accuracy
- Process administrative documents including claims, benefits applications, and correspondence
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership review
- Train new staff on federal compliance protocols
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and stakeholders
- Manage office inventory and equipment procurement
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal or regulated environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of VA regulations and procedures preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
