- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-departmental meetings and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidential personnel records in SF-50 systems
- Prepare official reports using GSA templates and federal formatting standards
- Support budget tracking for assigned program areas
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance eligibility
- 3+ years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in VA VISTA systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Ability to handle sensitive veteran data with HIPAA compliance
- TS/BI clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
