Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran benefit records with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-agency communications and documentation workflows
- Analyze compliance requirements for federal programs (HIPAA, VA regulations)
- Support veteran outreach initiatives and eligibility assessments
- Generate weekly reports using VA-specific databases and Excel
- Train new staff on administrative procedures and systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and MS Office Suite
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of federal records management standards (44 U.S.C.)
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- VA-specific training certification preferred
