Responsibilities
- Manage classified document handling and compliance protocols
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and scheduling
- Process personnel records and security clearances
- Generate federal compliance reports using GSA systems
- Support grant administration and budget tracking
- Facilitate public records requests under FOIA guidelines
- Maintain secure digital archives and physical document storage
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal/government experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA systems
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance within 30 days
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
