Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Process weekly payroll documentation for 150+ staff
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations (VA, OMB, DOL)
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and reporting
- Implement data security protocols for sensitive veteran records
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for administrative team
- Support HR initiatives for federal employee onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal/government administrative experience
- Proficiency in SF-50 and eOPF systems
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement processes (FAR)
- Weekly payroll processing certification
- Advanced Excel and Salesforce skills
