- Manage veteran benefit applications and documentation processing with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling for senior leadership
- Prepare federal compliance reports and maintain confidential records systems
- Conduct data analysis to improve service delivery metrics and veteran satisfaction
- Train and mentor new staff on federal protocols and administrative procedures
- Support special projects including veterans' outreach events and policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of federal or government administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., VISTA, HRIS)
- Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience with confidential data handling and compliance
