- Process benefits claims and applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with VA medical and support teams across multiple departments
- Generate monthly performance reports using advanced Excel functions
- Conduct data entry and quality assurance for veteran eligibility databases
- Respond to inquiries from veterans and their families within 24 hours
- Assist in training new staff on VA regulations and systems
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 security clearance
- Knowledge of VA benefits programs and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with veteran-focused organizations preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license
