Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing and records retention
- Coordinate logistics for high-level briefings and official ceremonies
- Utilize federal procurement systems (e.g., FPDS-NG) for purchase orders
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with DoD directives and security protocols
- Generate official correspondence and reports in accordance with federal standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Knowledge of DoD regulations (DoDI 5105.72, DoDM 5200.01)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
