Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy within 24-hour turnaround
- Coordinate inter-agency communications for NY regional veteran programs
- Manage confidential records and ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Analyze operational data to optimize service delivery metrics
- Train 10+ junior staff on federal compliance protocols
- Represent agency at monthly community outreach events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal administrative experience
- Active government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficient in SF-15, SF-50, and DS-11 form processing
- Advanced knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Excellent written communication for policy documentation
- US citizenship required
