Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit documentation processing and compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate multi-departmental scheduling and correspondence for senior leadership
- Develop and maintain confidential records management systems
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for administrative workflows
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes
- Facilitate cross-agency communications and stakeholder meetings
- Implement administrative procedures and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of federal records management standards (NARA)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Experience with federal procurement procedures preferred
