Responsibilities
- Manage and process sensitive beneficiary documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies and legal teams on compliance matters
- Maintain secure digital and physical records following federal protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to 50+ beneficiaries daily
- Analyze administrative data to improve service delivery efficiency
- Prepare reports for senior leadership using advanced Excel functions
- Support office operations including scheduling and vendor communications
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- 2+ years administrative experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with documentation standards
- Experience with federal records management systems preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
