Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain electronic/digital records systems ensuring compliance with federal regulations (FOIA, HIPAA)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, procurement requests, and office logistics through FedBizOpps and GSA systems
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefings using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support budget tracking, timekeeping, and human resources processes through HRConnect
- Act as primary liaison for inter-agency communications and stakeholder meetings
- Implement security protocols for classified/unclassified information handling
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in GSA travel regulations, FAR compliance, and acquisition procedures
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Moderate Risk (NACI) security clearance
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
