Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Process financial transactions and budget reports using federal accounting systems
- Provide frontline support to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a federal/government setting

- Strong knowledge of federal procurement, records management, and HR policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
