Responsibilities
- Manage confidential documentation, records retention, and FOIA compliance protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level briefings
- Process personnel actions, benefits enrollment, and payroll documentation
- Oversee procurement procedures, contract reviews, and budget tracking
- Implement office workflow optimizations using G Suite and SharePoint
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for outgoing correspondence and reports
- Serve as primary liaison between department leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience (GS-5 equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal HR systems (e.g., NSPS)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Expertise in federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific policies)
- TS/BI clearance preferred or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Proven experience with records management under NARA standards
