Responsibilities
- Manage federal documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with 5 CFR regulations
- Coordinate administrative workflows for high-priority interdepartmental projects
- Process personnel actions using eOPF systems and HRConnect platforms
- Support budget tracking and fiscal documentation for federal programs
- Facilitate secure records management in accordance with NARA standards
- Provide administrative support for public hearings and community outreach events
- Utilize GSA-approved software for procurement and property management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience with SF-50 documentation
- Proficiency in federal systems: eOPF, HRConnect, and GSA Advantage
- Expertise in records management per NARA guidelines (36 CFR Part 1220)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR Part 7)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting federal compliance requirements
