Responsibilities
- Manage confidential documentation, records, and correspondence using federal compliance protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior officials
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and leave requests through federal systems (e.g., HRIS)
- Prepare official reports, briefing materials, and correspondence with precise formatting
- Support budget tracking, procurement requests, and invoice processing
- Facilitate interdepartmental communications and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (FAR, FTR, and agency-specific policies)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of federal administrative experience or equivalent private sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with federal recordkeeping systems and documentation standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field preferred
