Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing and records management in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate executive scheduling, travel arrangements, and official correspondence
- Provide administrative support for departmental meetings and briefings
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., Sharepoint, VA VISTA) for data entry and reporting
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Onboard new personnel and maintain personnel files
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position mandate)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal travel regulations and procurement policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
