Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records and documentation
- Coordinate administrative workflows across multiple departments
- Process personnel actions and HR documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefings for senior leadership
- Oversee office supply procurement and budget tracking
- Serve as primary liaison for inter-agency communications
- Implement and maintain filing systems for compliance with VA policies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal records management regulations (44 U.S.C. Chapter 21)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
