Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential federal records with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and correspondence for department leadership
- Process personnel actions, travel authorizations, and procurement documentation
- Analyze and report on administrative metrics using federal reporting systems
- Provide frontline support to internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience required

- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal procurement and travel regulations (FAR, FTR)
