Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential federal records and documentation systems
- Coordinate administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Support grant management and budget tracking processes
- Facilitate interdepartmental communications and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.)
- Conduct research and prepare comprehensive administrative reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal procurement processes and regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
