Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process personnel actions, leave requests, and payroll transactions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a federal/government setting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
