Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling systems and coordinate executive-level calendars across multiple departments
- Prepare and process confidential correspondence, reports, and official federal documentation
- Oversee procurement processes, contract compliance, and budget tracking for assigned programs
- Implement and maintain agency-wide records management systems in accordance with federal regulations
- Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of administrative inquiries
- Analyze operational workflows to identify process improvement opportunities
- Coordinate logistics for high-profile meetings, conferences, and official events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years progressive administrative experience in federal/government environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and records management standards (NARA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated report-writing expertise

- Certification in Federal Human Resources (FHR) or Contract Management (FCM) preferred
