Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, including preparation, submission, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for high-level government stakeholders and client meetings.
- Prepare and review detailed reports, briefings, and correspondence for executive leadership and federal auditors.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for sensitive government documents and personnel records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of federal personnel, managing required paperwork and security clearance processes.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is mandatory for this position (cannot be sponsored).
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within the federal government or a federal contracting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in government-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required).
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
