Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document lifecycle using federal records management protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and interdepartmental communications
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and policy briefs adhering to GSA formatting standards
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking for assigned programs
- Implement security protocols for sensitive information handling (FOIA compliance)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
