Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes including contract reviews, vendor negotiations, and compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and stakeholder engagement for regional projects
- Oversee administrative budgets and financial reporting with strict adherence to GSA guidelines
- Develop and maintain agency documentation systems ensuring FOIA and record retention compliance
- Lead cross-functional team meetings and administrative process improvement initiatives
- Support emergency response coordination and continuity of operations planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal/state/local government administrative experience
- Proficient with G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and federal reporting systems
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, FTR, and 41 CFR)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process documentation and workflow optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for inter-agency coordination
