- Process veteran benefit applications and claims with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain confidential records and digital databases using federal systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone and in-person
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to strict federal compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
- U.S. citizenship required
- Willingness to complete 4-week paid onboarding training program
