Responsibilities
- Manage administrative workflows, including document processing, record-keeping, and compliance with federal regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and scheduling for senior leadership and project teams
- Analyze operational data to prepare executive reports, briefings, and performance metrics
- Oversee procurement processes, vendor contracts, and budget tracking within federal guidelines
- Serve as primary liaison for HR, IT, and facilities support to ensure seamless operations
- Implement and maintain security protocols for classified and sensitive information
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve administrative efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal/government environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and federal systems like GSA Advantage
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR), records management (NARA), and security protocols
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for inter-agency collaboration
