Responsibilities
- Manage confidential documents and maintain secure electronic records systems
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and interdepartmental communications
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Process personnel actions, travel vouchers, and procurement requests with federal compliance
- Analyze administrative workflows and implement efficiency improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience with GS-7 equivalent
