Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards and regulations.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule high-profile meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare, review, and distribute a high volume of correspondence, including memos, reports, and official directives.
- Maintain and organize confidential personnel files and government records, ensuring data integrity and privacy at all times.
- Process travel vouchers and expense reports efficiently in accordance with established government guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for executive reviews and congressional staff visits.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Secret or Public Trust security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma with significant federal administrative experience is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support within the federal, military, or government contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software (e.g., JACS, Defense Travel System).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional documents.
- Attention to Detail: Proven track record of maintaining accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and compliance documentation.
