Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/non-classified documentation systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling for senior leadership
- Process travel authorizations, procurement requests, and personnel actions
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefings following federal guidelines
- Track and analyze administrative metrics for process improvement initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison between agency stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure compliance with DHS and CBP administrative policies and procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal employment mandate)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/ government administrative roles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement and travel regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
