Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/unclassified records in compliance with federal regulations (NARA standards)
- Coordinate administrative workflows across multiple departments using federal systems (e.g., SharePoint, VA VISTA)
- Process travel authorizations, reimbursements, and procurement requests with strict adherence to FAR guidelines
- Serve as primary liaison for internal/external communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefings for senior leadership review
- Oversee office inventory management and equipment maintenance protocols
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and personnel documentation
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required (per federal employment guidelines)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal records management standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (NACI) background clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CAPM, CSM) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly desirable for Albuquerque service area
