Responsibilities
- Oversee the intake, processing, and maintenance of official personnel records and files in strict compliance with federal regulations.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics for senior leadership and visiting officials.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and briefing materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage the federal grant application process, including compliance tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate inter-agency communications and coordinate meeting schedules for cross-functional teams.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage procurement requests efficiently.
- Assist with the organization of large-scale conferences and community outreach events.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in federal or state government administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Federal HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and OPM guidelines is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
