Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily time and attendance records for federal contract personnel with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate daily logistics for federal site visits, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
- Prepare and review federal grant applications and compliance reports on a weekly basis.
- Maintain secure, confidential digital and physical filing systems for sensitive government documents.
- Conduct daily briefings and update stakeholders on project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between federal agencies and internal support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members regarding federal compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience in federal contracting).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support within a government or military environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex federal regulations for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, to accommodate federal shift schedules.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a favorable background investigation clearance.
