Responsibilities
- Manage and process sensitive federal documents and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the general public via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for agency leadership and visiting officials.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks using various government software systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a federal environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
