Responsibilities
- Manage and organize high-volume incoming and outgoing federal correspondence and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and briefings for federal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, privacy policies, and agency protocols.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate schedules for department managers and schedule meetings with external partners.
- Process expense reports and requisitions in accordance with agency financial guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a government or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check.
