Responsibilities
- Manage confidential documentation and federal record-keeping systems
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and stakeholder meetings
- Process HR and procurement transactions with strict adherence to federal regulations
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and prepare executive briefing materials
- Assist with onboarding of temporary staff during transition period
- Maintain compliance with FOIA and privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA systems
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Ability to obtain NACI background check within 30 days
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
