Responsibilities
- Manage confidential records and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate agency-wide communications and scheduling for senior leadership
- Process financial transactions and maintain budgetary records using SAP systems
- Support personnel actions including onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations for congressional submissions
- Ensure adherence to FISMA, FOIA, and other federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
