Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate federal records and filing systems in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare, compose, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior officials.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and budget reports.
- Maintain a professional front-desk presence and screen visitors appropriately.
- Support compliance audits by organizing required documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, military, or high-level administrative support.
- Experience with government procurement or grant administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
