Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications and documentation processing
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners for service integration
- Maintain accurate records using federal compliance systems (e.g., VA VISTA)
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional customer service
- Prepare reports and analytics for program performance evaluation
- Assist in onboarding new team members and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive veteran data
