Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal correspondence, inquiries, and documents with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organization of official government records and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal agency personnel, stakeholders, and the general public.
- Perform complex data entry tasks and maintain secure databases to ensure records are up-to-date and compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mission objectives are met efficiently during weekend operations.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a federal, state, or municipal government environment is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow strict protocols and compliance regulations.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes or standard office software (MS Office Suite) is required.
