Responsibilities
- Process veterans' benefit claims with precision and compliance to federal regulations
- Manage confidential documentation using secure federal systems (e.g., VBA, VISTA)
- Coordinate weekend shift operations including staffing schedules and workflow prioritization
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging channels
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with federal record-keeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex case issues
- Participate in continuous training on policy updates and procedural changes
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for sensitive veteran data
- Valid U.S. driver's license (for occasional off-site visits)
